Offside Smoke focusses on smoked meat (Pork and Brisket); offering sandwiches, fries, poutines and fresh smash burgers. We use AAA Prime and Black Angus Beef for our Smash burgers for the perfect smash! All sandwiches are made on garlic toasted pretzel buns, a match made in smoked meat heaven.
Randy & Colleen started Offside Smoke food truck in June 2025 with their flagship location (Canada’s Dinosaur Park), to share their love of BBQ & to offer their smokin’ good food to the people!
